Request Account Deletion

Clients and interpreters who can still access their account may instead submit a deletion request directly from their profile inside InterpretNow (Client Profile or Interpreter Profile). Both paths are reviewed the same way — use whichever is easiest for you.

To request deletion without signing in, email us directly. This opens your email app with the subject line already filled in.

Or email us directly at support@getinterpretnow.com with the subject “InterpretNow Account Deletion Request.”

To help us find and verify your account, please include:

• The email address associated with your InterpretNow account
• Whether it is a Client account or an Interpreter account

Please do not send us:

• Your password
• Your Social Security number
• A government ID or any copy of an identity document
• Bank account information
• Full payment card information
• Stripe login credentials

We verify the request and account ownership, then review it. If we need additional information to confirm it’s really you, we’ll contact you at the email address you used to submit the request. Once verified, eligible account data is deleted as part of the deletion process.

We don’t promise a specific completion date, since verification and review timing can vary.

Some information may need to be retained even after an account is deleted, where required for legitimate legal, tax or accounting, payment or dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, or other regulatory obligations. Retained information is kept only for those purposes — it does not stay active or get used for normal platform features once your account has been deleted.
